You're probably wondering who is Sophie Hammond and what is she about. well my dear friends, you're in the right place to find out. 

I like to think of myself as being a creative indivudual who has lots of creative background ranging from performing in musicals on stage and to serious acting on television, filming content for local business promoting their livelihood or taking pictures of life itself capturing what makes us all human. All in all, my jobs have always been about telling stories to audience, which is something I just LOVE to do.  

I beleive in captivating people to a perfromance through any aspect of the arts. I beleive that it allows a sense of escapism to peoples own world. I mean, who doesn't like to escape from their own lives once in a while? 

Throughout the years, I have always been a keen photographer and love to look at life through a lens, capturing moments that people often love to rememeber. There was always a running joke when I went places with friends and family that moments would always be captured because. "it's alright, Sophie's got her camera out again" and there I was, pointing a lens in their faces capturing those special moments. 

After listening to people close to me in my life, I decdied to take the jump and purchase my very first professional camera.
